Guangdong Starshine Drive Co., Ltd. has completed the first production batch of its dedicated industrial gearboxes for mixing applications.
The new gearbox was developed for mixing equipment that operates under high loads and long running hours. It is designed to help customers achieve longer service life, lower maintenance costs, and higher transmission efficiency.

Designed for Heavy Mixing Conditions
Industrial mixing equipment often works under difficult conditions.
The gearbox may need to handle a high starting torque, strong impact loads, long periods of continuous operation, and large forces on the output shaft. A standard general-purpose gearbox may not always provide the best performance under these conditions.
For this reason, Starshine developed a gearbox specifically for mixing applications.
The product uses a heavy-duty gear design to improve its ability to handle high torque during start-up and operation. Its structure is also designed to provide better impact resistance and reliable performance under demanding working conditions.
Efficient and Reliable Gear Design
The gearbox offers single-stage transmission efficiency of more than 96%.
Its gears are made from high-quality forged alloy steel. The gears are carburized, hardened, and ground to improve gear accuracy, strength, and smooth operation.
Compared with a traditional general-purpose parallel-shaft gearbox, the dedicated mixing gearbox provides:

- Stronger resistance to impact loads
- Stable transmission performance
- Easier adjustment and maintenance
- Better support for heavy-load operation
A belt input structure can also be used. Under extreme operating conditions, this design can help protect the gearbox and reduce the risk of serious drive-system damage.
The modular design makes it possible to prepare different configurations based on the required motor power, speed ratio, output speed, mounting position, and equipment structure.
Supporting More Industrial Applications
The gearbox is intended for raw-material mixing and other heavy industrial mixing equipment.
Target applications include grain and oil processing, lithium battery material production, and other production lines that require continuous and high-load mixing.
